It’s a great place to live and work. We have everything you need right on our doorstep. It’s an inspiring place for creative types!

Transport

Great transport links. Many buses and several train links into central London. Peckham Rye stations gets pretty busy at the weekends and during rush hour. I currently doesn’t have a lift but that is under review by TFL.

Community

A mixture of renters and owners. It gets pretty rowdy and noisy through the night so not great for families.

Amenities

Peckham is very well served for open spaces. Peckham Rye park and common is great for dog walkers and has a cafe, pond and nature garden. Rye lane boasts a number of independent cafes, bars and delis alongside traditional grocers, and fruit and veg stalls. It’s home to a growing arts scene and is home to the famous Peckhamplex cinema (£5!), several rooftop bars and arts studios.

It is in need of regeneration

Transport

There are many bus stops which go towards camberwell, elephant, surrey quays, oval and dulwich. There are enough night buses which go towards central london.

Community

Mostly families live here but it can get noisy at times with the students who go to school in peckham

Amenities

There is a range of shops from restaurants and commercial shops which are a range of 30 minutes away. Many corner shops around this area
