0 km from your searchLiving right on the Upper Richmond Road means that I have so much I need just seconds from my flat.
On the rare occasion that i'm in in the evening, i've noticed it can be very loud around the time that pubs shut, or the Fez club closes. Also, at the weekends, the pavements get busy with yummy mummies and their prams.
Transport
I live almost on top of a bus stop and often use the 337 to get to local places. I'm more likely to jump on the train from Putney though if I need to get anywhere in London, or the tube from East Putney if I need to go to Fulham or Chelsea. I'd like to cycle more but am too scared of the traffic on the main roads which can be very hectic around here.
Community
I live in a flat so I don't know my neighbours very well as we have no shared community space. The buzz of the area more than makes up for that though as there is always something going on in Putney.- it is never quiet. The amount of pubs and restaurants though can make the high street littered with bins overflowing most of the time.
Amenities
Living right on the Upper Richmond Road means that I have so much I need just seconds from my flat. I'm really lucky that way. Some of my favourite eateries are so closeby. Artisan Coffee does fantastic pastries and I love Pinto Thai for its Pad Thai and Gyoza.

Cycling is easy but the main transport links are a reasonable walk, especially if you need to get to the tube. In the world of uber though that is less of a direct issue.
