It has a very safe feeling but because people are very friendly and most of them are minding their own business. You would come to celebrate a birthday party, or a night out with the girls or with the boys, it is suitable for children and pets. Most people adore pets and they are very approachable to them. I am very happy to live in such a great place, and it is very affordable.
Transport
This has very good transport links being very central busses are running all day long and some night time, you won't be missing a bus as they coming every 5 minutes or so. Overground has good connections to the other lines that goes from central to other areas in London. It is a very clean area, with regular bin men doing their job properly also some are friendly too. The noise would be the only issue here but considering how busy it gets no one really notice it once they get to live in this area. Highly recommend!
Community
It has few parking spaces but the Mayor of London is working in building some more spaces which is great for the neighbourhood. The traffic it's constant from morning to noon but night time can get quiet and peaceful. It is cheap to rent in this area than to own a house but that is because people have been considering to find a new building to live in rather than a more older house. There is foreign students who rent, elderly couples and some young families. It is a great community we all support each other, highly recommend whoever consider moving in this area won't have any regret in the future!

We have a beautiful area here , with lots of amenities from local shops to restaurants, and everything you might think off. It has also a University within walking distance from the tube station. The very famous called MEATliquor it is a restaurant where you can chose to dine-in or takeaway who has a very nice retro atmosphere. amazing friendly personal with a great hardworking manager which I personally know. There is not much missing in this area apart from a Gym but that is not far from where we live either.

It's a safe area for everyone and I feel like the area is catered towards everyone from all different backgrounds. Most of the people I have met in this area have been very kind and have helped me whenever I needed anything. Overall, it's a great area to be in and again, the atmosphere is amazing.

It's very easy to travel around, as there is a decent amount of bus and tube routes to take. Personally I cycle around the area, as is it is more convenient and keeps me moving.

Sometimes it can be quite loud, due to the amount of people there are in the area, but it doesn't bother me too much. Apart from that, I feel safe in the area and it's very easy to keep yourself to yourself.

I love this area, as there is a lot to explore and fun to be had. I moved to this area a little under a year ago and the people and atmosphere is amazing. It's also very convenient to get shopping and food, as there is a wide variety of shops, I would highly recommend anyone to visit here.
