It is definitely suitable for kids, people who own pets or active people. There are many green areas nearby, as gunnesbury park which is absolutely one of my favourite. Especially during this crisis is definitely nice to have a green spot close to your place so that you can avoid travelling, but still enjoy nature, especially during summer
Transport
The area could benefit from a few more bus stops here and there. Not only for local people to reach their work places, but also for owners of shops and restaurants like me, who will definitely be happy with more customers.

I leave not far from the shop I own, but, I practically live in that area considering deliveries and usual stuff I have to deal with in the shop. I must say I am very happy of the community of the area, especially given the current times we live in, I saw great participation from the people to support me and my shop.

I run a book shop and must say there are many other good shops and restaurants in the area. Lately of course given the coronavirus crisis many of them are closed or open only for take away, but the selection and the quality of products, when in comes to coffee shop or bakeries is pretty good

Excellent neighborhood feeling as it it a cul de sac. Difficult parking. Mostly owners with a few renters. Quite, clean and safe

Top notch Italian pizza and pasta restaurants. Many traditional polish delis with excellent cured meats and cheeses. 5star rated Doner and great Indian and South East restaurants. 6 large parks including a hidden gem (🤫)and many playing fields. Bards and a few clubs from Ealing Broadway to West Ealing. It actually isn't missing anything.

Plenty of local transport and good links to london. Congestion in area is not to bad and buses and trains are pretty regular timings

Anti social behaviour is really bad and there are alot of drug dealers around estates and police presence is very visible. Crime rate high in area also
