I feel really safe in the area - i’d say it’s suitable for all, but Exmouth Market has become a ‘trendy’ spot and Ian extreme busy on Thursday evenings and the weekend. It has everything you need and you can walk to almost any central London attraction.
Transport
The area is close to a number of fantastic transport links - Kings Cross, Angel, Russel Square and Farringdon are all within a short walk. Busses are very frequent and connect you to all parts of London. There’s also the Eurostar nearby for very convenient European getaways.
Community
It’s a lovely quiet street with plenty of off-street parking. There are a wide variety of residents - owners, renters, students, couples and family’s who are all attracted to the area for its amenities and attractiveness location. There is little traffic and noise levels are usually, very low.
Amenities
There are a huge range of independent local shops, bars and restaurants in the area, which most of the time are buzzing! Exmouth Market especially, has a fantastic atmosphere. Next to Exmouth Market is Spa Fields which is great if you’d rather relax outside with friends, or family. It’s spacious and really well kept. In terms of amenities, I can’t think of anything the local area doesn’t have!

Very convenient. Kings cross station is well connected to all airports and has trains to go everywhere.

Living central, everything is accessible within walking distance. Most of owners are young professional and it is a great mix of atmosphere.

Close to kings cross and angel. There are plenty of nice bars and restaurants around. In addition, it’s great to have a walk in Bloomsbury area. Perfect area to live.

Not many buses on my street surprisingly, need to walk to either kings cross or holborn. Same for tube.

Lots of traffic noise, and constant. Mostly renters and landlords can be quite bad. Bin collection is also bad, but depends on the specific building.

Good restaurants, but not so many are open on weekends. Limited choice of supermarkets, and all quite small.
