I believe the area is really safe (as safe as London can be!) There is not much I would change: transportation links are amazing and there is a huge selection of restaurants, pubs and bars to choose from for recreational activity.

This area is absolutely perfect when it comes to public transports: different bus lines and stops close to you anywhere in the area, which will get you to East, West and South easily. King’s Cross St Pancras station is also there to easily reach the furthest London destinations. No flaws!

I love my street: it’s the smallest crescent in Europe and it gives that cozy feeling of intimacy that you wouldn’t expect to get from such a central location! Plenty of parking spots available and well planned and punctual bin collection services.
Amenities
N1 is such a beautiful area. It’s really close to King’s Cross St Pancras Station, which means you’re close (or at least very well connected) to most places in London, and two hours away from Paris, door to door! There isn’t anything I would change: there are plenty of restaurants and diverse cuisines, shops, beauty salons, and most places are very affordable considering you’re basically in Central London. If you’re not feeling like getting on public transports (very possible scenario, considering the times) it’s only a 25 minute walk to Tottenham Court Road. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else in London.

There are lots of bus stops and the trains are always active There are only rush hours around 3-4 but due to COVID there have been less rush hours as people are in lockdown

Bin collecting comes every Thursday for my block There is mostly parking spaces but sometimes it gets packed a bit

So in my area we have lots of shops we have Iceland coop Sainsbury’s and Tesco’s also we have 4 chicken shops but crave peri peri is the best. Everyone in the community are kind and they are respectful. I love my area also we have a nice place you could walk around in kings cross which is 5 mins away
