I love the sense of community on my street, everyone knows everyone and I feel like part of a larger family. The atmosphere is great in the area however some structure nearby could use some regeneration. This area is ideal for families with children and pets because it's so safe.
Transport
The Latimer Road tube station is only a 5 minute walk away so transport links aren't terrible. I drive so aware of the bus routes. The tubes from latimer road are frequent and usually on time . I'm not aware of bus issues or night busses but at busy times the roads can get quite congested. However recently the roads are quite and getting from A to B, even at rush hour is easy.

Parking can be problematic as it's all street parking however my spot is usually free and if it isn't I haven't had many problems asking someone to move. The houses are mainly rented by families to the best of my knowledge.
Amenities
There's a great range of amenities in the area, from parks to cafes to takeaway shops all of which I frequent often. The Casa Cruz takeaway is by far my favourite takeaway and is always busy when I walk past it. This is most likely due to the amazing food. Avondale park is nice and not too busy . I would like a gym nearby although all gyms are closed I may be able to stick to my new year's resolution if there was a gym nearby.

I love my area have been living here for many years. Atmosphere is great and people are very friendly kind. Once it is get quite I don't like it and recently it is not very a live. I want to see it full of people like before.

Transport is good. I do have my own vehicle but parking spaces are very limited. Also the cost for park permit is a lot. Buses are getting renewed and they are very clean like bus 70.

The best thing is it is full of shops and restaurants and pubs. It is mix of students and families in this area. But I don't see much students these days. I guess they back home. In the main road more lights are better. Also shops are getting closed very early tase days I don't know why.

They have good quality. Our area is very nice and clean and quality of shops and restaurants are nice. But sometimes during weekend it used very busy. Nowadays less people are hanging out in this area maybe Covid effect.
