Overview of W11 1DD, Saint Luke's Road, Notting Hill

I love the ease of access to transport and how I have delicious restaurants on the foot of my door. I dislike the constant beray traffic. the atmosphere is friendly and trendy, I suppose the overarching theme would be upmarket however this isn't overbearing. I believe the area to be very safe, I would feel happy to bring children and pets here, no concerns.

Transport

Transport links are generally quite good, it helps to be so close to Paddington railway station also. There are a good number of cyclists on the road also. Roads are wide and generally feel safe when cycling. Buses are fairly reliable and there are a few local tube stations all within walking distance.

Community

Street parking is available through the local council at a price. this is not ideal but i suppose it is to be suspected. Traffic can get very busy on the main roads. Especially at peak times and the weekend, but alas this is London. Bin collection is fairly consistent however it is often a mess by the time it is collected. There are often groups of young men hanging around streets.

Amenities

Truly a fantastic location to live. Architecture is astounding, houses and buildings are absolutely beautiful. The is the ease of access to local amenities, a wide array of shops, both food, and retail. An absolutely mouth-watering selection of eateries and restaurants.

I like the accessible shops and parks in this area. Perhaps if a bit more attention is given to the cleanliness, it would make it a very suitable place. The area is really safe with regular police patrolling

Transport

The transport links are very good around this area. There are a lot of bus links and tube stations easily accessible. One of the problems is the cleanliness at most of the stations.

Community

There’s a decent amount of parking available. The bin collections are timely which makes it very nice. There’s barely any traffic noise around which makes it very peaceful. People from all aspects of life are living around here which makes it very diverse

The quality of shops around is amazing. There’s a wide variety of shops catering to people coming from all types of areas and backgrounds. The parks around this area is really popular amongst tourists. This makes the area a very attractive place
