It is a good area to live, there are convenient mini stores from Tesco and Sainsbury near by and big Tesco Store also 5 minutes walk away. It is an upmarket area. In some areas the signal from net work providers is weak.

Good connection to public transport, 5-6 minutes walk to London Overground, Central Line, Circle line and Hammersmith & City line Also plenty of buses going different directions from Shepherds Bush Green. Night buses are running regularly to central london, to putney bridge, hammersmith hospital & Charing cross hospital. The inly problem is the loud sound of siren from Ambulance, fire brigate & police cars !!

I do not see any bad aspect for living in my area, because there are some problems even in most expensive area of London. Good aspect is that we are also close to thames river near hammersmith which is a great attraction on it’s own, having old pubs along the river, great atmosphere in Summer !!

We are close to Westfield Mall. It means we have access to hundreds of brand stores, good restaurants and amenities like Vue Cinemas with 17 screens. Also we are less than 3 minutes walk from O2 Empire (Medium size music events, up 1500 people) and 5 minutes walk from Shepherds Bush Theater . Bush hall (small music events) is 10 minutes walk away.

Transport
There are very good transport links - the main road is nearby with lots of bus routes, we have Shepherds Bush station (both overground and tube), Hammersmith and Kensington Olympia all within a 10 minute walk, plus others nearby. The transport is all generally very reliable, although Kensington Olympia does not always run its trains on standard times. Rush hour does not tend to be too bad from Shepherds Bush, and you can normally get on the first tube arriving, if not the second. The tube is of course very busy.
Community
This street is very safe - most of the people on this street own their houses, and there are a lot of families here. The bin collections are regular and reliable, and we do not tend to see any anti-social behaviour. There is a primary school on this street so the pavements can be busy before and after school times. There is not much traffic on the street, although none of the houses have parking so there are a lot of cars parked on the roads. There is not much option for cars when people are visiting - parking can be quite expensive for visitors and difficult to find.
Amenities
The range of shops, restaurants and bars is good as we have the Westfield nearby which has plenty of options. There are some nice green spaces although there is no really big park without walking at least half hour. Brook Green is a nice park but for dog walkers it can be dangerous as it's right in the middle of some very busy roads. There are some gyms around but there definitely could be more. It would be great to have more chain restaurants outside of the Westfield and perhaps some more restaurants in the W12 shopping centre.

The most convenient aspect of living in w12 is fact that you almost have everything you need at your door step. The area isn’t suitable for children as the roads can be very dangerous. Parts are trendy but very few some are up market and others are bad.

Transportation links are very good as there are several train station all with in a 1 mile radius. However most of them run the central line only although a few other lines are available. Bus’s are many as well.

Parking and noise pollution are the number one most inconvenient things in the area. Most of the tenant are council tenants are antisocial behaviour can be an issue at times as it’s a very busy area
Amenities
There is a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars but few open spaces. The quality of which range from bad to very good but nothing exceptional. Westfield is probably the most popular as it’s a stop for all and consumers have many options.
