My area is suitable for both children and pets. This is a area with families so you’ll always feel welcome plus there’s a few green areas for dogs and i have some of my own! I wouldn’t say it’s trendy but i guess the people who live there are. I like where i live but sometimes when teenagers go into the kebab shop it’s or stand outside intimidating people it makes you question. However, that has nothing to do with my road more the shops since none of those teens live here.
Transport
There are 2 bus stops that i find extremely helpful on the main road. One can take you to Dalston and further and the other can take you to Angel and even Victoria which is great. You can also take the bus and get off the 3rd stop where there will be a train station once you cross the road and also other available bus stops too.
Community
On my road i think it’s mainly a family area and everyone is extremely friendly. Bin collection is every Monday however i will say sometimes they don’t come which is quite a hassle since the bins are on the pavement outside people’s houses and cats or foxes can get into it which causes mess. Parking on this road is not too bad but not the best especially cause it’s too small
Amenities
We have a few supermarkets and corner shops in our area. The chippy bar and kebab shop i’d say are most popular including Tesco and Sainsburys since they are the only supermarkets available. We do have one restaurant that’s down the road that looks quite elegant but i don’t see many people there. We also have a health shop which sells fruit and vegetables which is great if you like organic food. I think what our area is missing is a bigger supermarket, Sainsburys and Tesco are great supermarkets but they’re so small and realistically you can’t expect to do a daily shopping there.

This area is very convenience if you want to be near from main areas in London, but also if want to live in a quiet place. Routes for any kind of transports (bikes, cars, public transport) are perfect and well connected. Available amenities are so much that it is difficult to know everything. Perfect place to live for a family or a couple.

The transport is perfect, for reaching any site of London. Westminster within 30 min by bus, King’s Cross within 20 minutes by bus, Victoria Station and Paddington Station within 30 minutes by tube, Heathrow Airport within 90 minutes by tube only.
Community
This area is very familiar, so tend to be quiet. Courts in the area have a good looking and have a good maintenance.
Amenities
The area of Essex Rd Station is very nice, and have a lot of amenities. Just in 200m are more than 10 restaurants of different kind of food (pubs, Mexican, pizzas, cafés, etc.). Other kind of services (post office, local practitioners), several food stores and shops are easily found within 5 min walking. Also 15 minutes walking from the Essex Rs St you can fina Highbury & Islington metro, which can take you to the main areas in London. In the other direction is Angel St, which is particularly popular for entertainment (restaurants, cinema). In this area are also several public parks and spaces.
Elizabeth Ave, N1 3BJparking can be a bit of nightmare sometimes.

Our street is a mixture of families couples and students with owners and renter's there's not a lot of traffic noise parking can be a bit of nightmare sometimes.

There is plenty off local shops in the area nice bars and restaurants few parks and open spaces for children to play the grand Union canal is close by which is nice for walking.
