Transport
I can almost see the platform of Denmark Hill station from my flat so getting anywhere is quick. The overground is good for getting to some suburbs of London without having to change in the center.

I decided to live in Denmark Hill as I liked the mix of people who lived here. There are lots of young families so I feel quite safe. If I need something a bit edgier, I head to Peckham
Amenities
Denmark Hill is a lovely place. I make use of everything on Denmark Hill itself. Number of nice cafes around Bellenden Road. The high street near Lordship Lane is great. I don't want for anything living here.

I like that I feel safe here & I can get everything I need which are definitely good quality in just a few minutes of walking.
Transport
Thw shops on both sides (down or up the road) are all very close and just within walking distance. I can get everything in one go.

It is quite and safe. People are generally just minding their own business & don’t give any trouble to anyone.
Amenities
The shops around my area are excellent. We have everything for everything necessary & more. These shops are just a 10-20 minutes away from my place so I can just walk there.
Lots of independent shops in either Camberwell or Peckham.
The development of the area has been non stop. For ages now. Will be good in the long term. But think it will inevitably drive out long term locals.
Transport
Denmark Hill Station is what I use. Under 10 minutes away. Useful for going anywhere in London.

Like being in between Peckham and Dulwich. There's a mix of types of people. Keeps things interesting.
Amenities
Good area to live in. Grateful to be in a position to have bought here. So much to do. Always changing. Lots of independent shops in either Camberwell or Peckham. Also common high street shops for more everyday things.
The thing I want people to know about this area is the fact that there’s lots of shops and things you need.
