I would comment that my area is very trendy and upscale. I really do feel a sense of community as I know my neighbours will be able to help me should I need their assistance. I would not say it’s children friendly as there aren’t really places for children to roam around in. However I think the area is a beautiful place to live in with amazing views. I like how close it is to attraction places like the O2 , local shops, parks etc.
Transport
The transport links are really great as you have frequent access to buses during the day and the 188 which runs late at night. I would say it’s very easy to get to North Greenwich tube station which takes 20 mins on Jubliee to get into central london. It’s in close proximity to the O2 which is great for seeing live artists perform and for their restaurants. However I would say there is a lack of night buses as it’s only the 188 and if you miss it you will be waiting a while for the next one as they aren’t as frequent.
Community
I really like my neighbours as they are kind and friendly. I would say the frustrating thing is that there is a lack of parking and because it’s close to the main road you can hear the noise of cars. I would say it’s mainly couples or professionals that live on my street.
Amenities
I think there’s a good range of amenities within the area and love how close it is to Greenwich park and how the location has great city links. The complex is really modern and beautiful. The local area has a lot of local shops which are easy to access.

I have lived in London since my early childhood, and while I've been living around the Greenwich area for a significant number of years, I can safely call it one of the bestareas in London, full of wonderful things to do, beautiful parks, and scenery, and easy links of transport through the veins of London

You can, in essence walk everywhere you need to and get everything you'd reasonably want to do, this is more prevalent in areas of London with smaller numbers next to their 'SE's. I think this city does have a close contender for the best transport links in the world, except for maybe some Japanese cities, but certainly one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing, and while it can be late occasionally, it's not usually the fault of the transport system itself, rather accidents on the road, covid restrictions, and etc
Community
I definitely appreciate the sense of community in the area, with a lot of people staying put around the area, and not having to see new faces every time you say hello to your neighbours. There are definitely a lot of homeowners around the area, including my wife, and I, and I would say the area needs more cleaning, but that's just another letter to the local council to add to the pile.

Oh there's plenty of wonderful old style pubs around the area, and a lot of attractions that aren't running at the moment, from the royal observatory, to the Cutty Sark, the O2 arena, and not to forget the GPE park that occasionally will make you forget you live in such a hustling bustling city. As I said there's plenty of pubs around the area, and a wide range of restaurants to eat at, loads of shops as well, as well as loads of plenty of great escapes from the hubbub of North Greenwich and nearby industrial estates

There is a few bus stop and there are no train lines so it would be best if there were more bus stops so access would be better to travel.

I believe that the area is quiet and that it is safer than other areas. The residents in the area are also friendly and helpful sometimes. Overall, the area is very peaceful and quiet and is a perfect place to live in.
Amenities
The a few shops in the area to access and some of them are really convenient to use as they hold household essentials. However, it would be better if there were more shops to be in the street.
