I like the calmness and its not really trendy but its average. Theres not a place on my road thats suitable for students as its areas of residence which can decrease the sense of community. Alot of people i know live in my area and i feel safe however towards mare street they may be lots of people drinking and talking to you which can make you uncomforted
Transport
The transport is great as there bus stops everywhere. The bus times can be improved as it gets to rush hour in the morning the bus barely comes and im late to school at times. There alot if traffic near hackney central to school where the rush hour is very very veryyyy inconvenient on the way to school as well as after. Travelling to areas like dalston lane or stoke newington gets really busy and packed
Community
The good aspects is tha its really quiet at tiems of no school such as weekends. Its calm to go out and relaxing . People that live on my street are mainly students and families. And alot of council homes livers. Theres parking available and i wouldnt say theres community outside if school times as i live opposite a school and after school theres alot of my friends but apart from that theres not much sense of community

Theres a great range of shops. Especiallylivign close to areas like stratford dalston theres alot if variety if restaurants and stuff and close to e9 like mare street provided great catering of food ,especially fast food . Local areas that are popular is mare street because its a centre of many schools so we all come there as a meeting point to see people we know and almost guarantee you will always see someone you know giving that sense of community. I think amenities that are missing are like more younger generation area such as places where we can all chill as it gets hectic at mare street due to inconvenience of alot of students causing problems.

It's transformed in to an upmarket area in the last 10 years, still has alot of work to be done but generally a safe atmosphere. There isn't much community as the many groups of people are yet to intergrate. The special need schools here are fantastic! If you can bear the buzz then it's great area for children and pets.
Transport
There is Homerton Station which is 2 minutes away arrives every 10mins. Packed during rush hours, still miles better than the tube. Clean with air conditioning and boarded by trendy folks. 26 and the 388 bus gets you in to central london and the M25 gets you out of london quickly enough. No issues whatsoever.
Community
The local amenities make it worth it. With a hospital, gyms and schools i assume local job opportunities are vast. Though parking is competitive after 9pm a car here is not necessary. Traffic noises are moderate and obvious anti social behaviour is not apparent. A good area for creatives and those who enjoy a buzz.

Everything you need is a short walk way. Large and small groceries. Quality cafes; vegan resturants and bars with work spaces. Victoria Park; designer outlets and street food markets are in close proximity. Two nearby stations. The A12 getting you on the M25 in about 15 minutes.

I like how close all the shops are. If you need anything it’s less than 10 minutes away.

There is always at a bus stop around which i find quite good and convenient. I would say the buses and trains aren’t very hygienic or clean. A lot of dust comes of the seats,there’s chewing gum every where and it is overall quite sickening
Community
The bin collection is every Friday which is good cause you know when to expect it. My street is mostly families and I guess anti social behaviour is to be expected in Hackney

I feel like there is a huge range of local shops and they’re incredibly diverse. I would say more exciting enjoyable places would be better.
