Live in London!! Here’s the best place to live .....

What I like most about this area is that it’s never a dull day, there is always something going on it’s always busy, there’s always people outside. The local area is lively young and fun. Its very trendy there are a lot of young people here who have influence in the community. The area is very suitable for children and pets as I said this is an area for a lot of families and students. The area is not really in need of regeneration since it’s already started with newbuilds making this area look lovely and attractive to other families and young people. In my opinion I think the area is safe you may come to know a lot of people in the community around, you get familiar with the roads and know the ins and outs. You come to know that there are transports to get everywhere in the area making it safer to travel through the night and day.

Transport

The are train stations in Hackney that leads you to many areas of London such as hackney Wick station can take you to Stratford which lead you to other parts of London or you can go to Homerton Station or Hackney Central station which can take you to add you on that green top now was easy access to travel anywhere and there are also many buses that will take you out of these London area without having to change too many forms of transport everywhere you go there is a place to catch a bus and a train making all forms of transport very regular running well into the night, there is always going to be a flaw buses throughout the evening to morning times so you still have other ways to get home. I would say Hackney is very clean as always cleaning every other day making sure Hackney is always presentable. Just like other places in London that is rush-hour especially in the morning and in the afternoon/evening time when people finish school and work but other than that I would say traveling in Hackney it’s very simple. there are access routes to many places & you are connected to the motorway which takes you to places quickly inconveniently.

Community

On my street parking availability is a great amount there is parking on every street there is residential parking the traffic lights is not loud even though it’s busy you will barely notice. I would say antisocial behaviour is very low of course there are pubs that are open in the evening time and then maybe one or two evenings where they may be allowed people but that is just a way of London live and living in London you know that people like to have a great night. On my street there are mostly families live here so you always be surrounded by people with children and grandparents mothers and fathers and more this is a very diverse treat you see anybody from young to old and you’re not fill out casted or not able to fit in. Again there is the mini shops along the route of my road if you need to top up electricity or gas, buy credit, buy some drinks, buy some snacks you have the option.

Amenities

Hackney is a very diverse area with a varied options when it comes to food, movies/shows and shopping experiences. Hackney is changing with new homes being built changing the look into a modern views of what people would love to see. We have many food shops such as what you would find in a shopping centre From Dominos, Pizza Hut, KFC, Mc Donald’s, Chinese Kebabs and more. With all types of shopping places for hair to clothes & shoes down to cosmetic and health products from a shop like Holland & Barrets. If you live in Hackney you have access to everything you’ll need to get by. There’s always a place to go for meet-ups , cocktails and celebrations.

The most important thing is, FRIENDLY neighbourhood!

This best thing for me is the friendly welcoming neighbourhood. Speaking for myself; I’ve moved to the area less than a year and everyone has been very very welcoming. Respecting my beliefs and religion and even going to the extend of giving me gifts on seasons which I celebrate! This was very surprising to me and wonderful. It makes me want to pay it forward which I did to many people on the road. The area is very diverse therefore, there is always abit of every of everything. Which is a good thing as you learn different stuff and most importantly create a connection. The area is perfect for kids and pets. The only reason why I saw this...I’ve got kids and I see other kids which are friendly and playing. Always waving and smiling. Pets? I don’t have pets but my neighbour does. This doesn’t seem to be a problem to any pet owners or non pet owners. A little history, I use to live in another area not to far from my new house (currently living) I was very very surprise with the change of atmosphere. I was expecting naughty kids, problems and etc. The typical anti behaviour but, I can vouch...it’s been perfect so far. It’s surely not a common problem as I’ve got teenagers who are open with me and haven’t told me any problems they have faced. The only bad part of the neighbourhood is parking. But, it’s not the end of the world...all you got to do is part a few houses down. Overall, the area is friendly, quiet, loyal, honest and welcoming. A good place to create a life or to live in a friendly quiet neighbourhood. You will get the best of both worlds!

Transport

There are bus stops and stations local and the best thing is, they take you to the best places stratford, chingford mount, Walthamstow, leyton and more

Community

My street is friendly, quiet, there is a park local to us. The view is brilliant during the season. Especially on the main rood

Amenities

The most important thing is, FRIENDLY neighbourhood! The people are welcoming/talkative. Second important thing is...the surrounding; everything is local, supermarkets, bars, parks, station and takeaway!

Nice area but council has ruined the area with anti car agenda

It has become very trendy and many of old shops have been replaced with hipster pop up shops and has become very similar to Shoreditch

Transport

The transport links are good with homerton overground and hackney down station both nearby and loads of bus routes to place like Dalston and west London.

Community

Street is made of good mixture of home owners and renters and is a very desirable location due to it being very trendy.

Amenities

Loads of shops now with alot of then very trendy shops but has become car free so impossible to drive or park in area anymore.
