I believe this area is safe. Personally me never seen or experience or even heard about any crimes or something like that in our neighbour. Atmosphere here is good. The big park in the centre or our area works as the point of life concentration, sports activities and fun.
Transport
The transport links I must say are quite comfortable and reachable. 10 minutes walk from our house North Acton station is located, which gives you quick access to Shepherd’s Bush and centre of London a bit further. Also bus routes like 260, 266 or 440 gives you direct connection with Shepherd’s Bush, Hammersmith of Chiswick in about 25 to 40 minutes per trip. Also there is quite good commute with ealing area.

The overall living in this street is good. There is no much things I can complain about. We have a large park area 2 minutes walk from our house. Which can be used for walks and exercising. I can’t say that the area in general is the cleanest that I have seen. Occasionally you can see a rubbish or even full rubbish bags on the street here and there. But as far as I see it it’s mostly fault of people’s ignorance than government fault. I have seen better and I have seen worse. So in general let’s consider it’s ok. There is m4 motorway really close to our house. So the house from it is noticeable. But not unbearable for really annoying.

North Acton area in my opinion looks more like Park Royal to be industrial area with small amount of amenities. You can find here express Tesco and Sainsbury’s, also there is large Asda store. But besides that there is only small private shops and maybe few restaurants. One of them is small kebab kitchen. And one Chinese. If you move a bit further to central Acton there you will be able to find pretty much all amenities you may need, from different cuisine restaurants to pubs and obviously all the required grocery shops. Also it’s really noticeable the absence of pharmacies in the area. For now I can remember only one nearby and one in the big Asda store.

Transport
North Acton Underground station is located anout 10 min walk from my place, I also have numerous bus stops, with a continuous busses services. Always reliable, and easy to use. Big part of my area is surrounded by a cycle route, that people uses all the time. Some of the streets of my area were under repairs for a while, which made the access to some areas a bit difficult, but nothing too bad. And since the construction team ha s already finished their job, everything is back to normal. Streets are clean and open

As I said in my previous responses, I really like the area, the only inconvenient I might have, is that apparently this area is a common place for car thefts. There are many signs around the neighborhood warning about it, but they have also set up various police decoy cars to monitorize the criminal activity
Amenities
I have a great variety of stores and restaurants all around me. From a Tesco and Saintsburry express to a big Asda supermarket. There are also little local stores and businesses where I also get to go and find products from different countries. In terms of food, I have a McDonald's, Domino's Pizza, Papa John's, Pizza Hut and a Nandos, all in no more than a 10 minute walk radio around me. Recreational activities wise, there is also a huge Arcade and Bowling place, close to a great Trampoline park and a cinema. Lots of Gyms and dance schools.

There is a bus that goes down Twyford avenue. links to the tube are ten mins walk away. ( central line) Piccadilly line at North Ealing is 15 mins walk away.

There are speed bumps on this road which is needed as it is a cut through. There is a problem with motorbike racing at night as they can cut down the side of the speed bumps. Most houses have off street parking. Many of the houses are rented to the Japanese.

nearest shop is mini tesco on the Uxbridge road and dominoes Pizza. This postcode is 10 mins walking to west Acton tube station. The nearest park is lovely Acton playing fielda. When Ealing council decide to do their duty and empty the rubbish bins it will be even nicer. Many houses in this area have been divided into flats.
