Really good! You have 2 tube stations closed by, Lambeth North (northern and bakerloo line) and Waterloo (overground, northern, bakerloo, jubilee and city line). Plenty of buses as well, to go in central London and also in south east on north west london. Probably the problem is the rush hour in the morning, is hard to find space in the bus and the tube is packed

Really quiet, private house on the side on the road with good access to bus stops and to tube stations. The only negative side is that living in a big group of houses you cannot be as noisy as you want

There are plenty shops and restaurant in the area, we are close to the south bank and London Bridge is 10 minutes away. There are a couple of popular areas, borough market full oh shops and take away restaurants, the south bank, riverside with loads of shops and restaurants. Are probably missing a couple of big supermarket (only Tesco express in the area) and a gaming shop

Waterloo is right next door, it can be pretty dirty sometimes especially with all the people littering from the local food places however it is good to be able to leave the house and be able to get straight on the bus/train/tube

it is in the dead centre of london so it is very noisy, lots of drunken noise but on the plus side you are making the most of living in the capital city in the centre so I can live with it.

I like that I am so close to everything I need and everything is so accessible. It's a lovely area even in bust times and even more special when it is quiet and not as many people around like at Christmas time or new years day. I feel very safe and think anyone would be happy living here.

Transport is fantastic and pretty much 24 hours if you need it to be. All transports choices within walking distance

My road is pretty quiet but is very close to the hustle and bustle of living in town. the street has a mix of renters and couples and families. Only a few own their properties.

a good amount of shops and food places to choose from all just round the corner. Easy to pop out for what you need. Enough parks when you need them and the Thames is a short walk away too.
